Everything on this site — copy, code, design, photography, case-study content — is owned by CMS Expert Dev or its clients (where credited). Case-study screenshots showing client work are used with the relevant client’s permission. Client logos and brand assets remain the property of the named clients and are used for portfolio/identification purposes only.

Project engagements
Booking a project, requesting a quote, or completing the lead form on this site doesn’t by itself constitute a binding agreement. Engagements begin once both parties sign a written Statement of Work. The terms of that SOW (scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, IP transfer, warranty) govern the engagement — not these website terms.

The site links to third-party websites — including client sites, social platforms, and reference materials. We don’t control those sites, don’t endorse everything they contain, and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
